Proetic supports you in designing and implementing the vigilance plan that identifies risks and mitigation measures inherent to your business activity, regardless of the industry.
The Context
Since Law No. 2017-399 of March 27, 2017 on the duty of vigilance of parent companies and contracting companies, large French companies are required to establish and implement a vigilance plan identifying and preventing risks of serious harm to human rights, health and safety, and the environment, resulting from their activities and those of their subsidiaries, subcontractors and suppliers. The vigilance plan becomes a competitiveness factor and a lasting asset for your company.
Adopted in April 2024, the European CS3D directive (Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive) strengthens this obligation by establishing a stricter legal framework to ensure that companies identify, prevent and mitigate potential negative impacts on human rights, the environment, climate and the fight against corruption. The scope of French companies subject to the duty of vigilance is also significantly expanded (from 500 employees and 150 million euros in revenue, and from 250 employees and 40 million euros in revenue for certain high-risk sectors such as textiles and agri-food).
