The Context
Faced with growing regulatory and societal expectations, our clients—CAC 40 and SBF 120 companies, large mid-caps and SMEs—must account for their commitments in terms of environment, social responsibility and governance.
The CSRD Directive, which came into force on January 5, 2023, now requires the annual publication of a sustainability report, on the same schedule as the management report, with the aim of increased transparency, enabling comparability between companies to foster the development of more sustainable activities.
