LEARNING OBJECTIVES
Le programme permet aux participants de :
- Savoir identifier les situations de corruption et d’atteinte à la probité
- Connaître les définitions et sanctions liées à la corruption et autres atteintes à la probité
- Connaître le cadre juridique réglementant la prévention des risques de corruption (loi Sapin 2) et comprendre les modalités de mise en place
- Comprendre mon rôle dans la prévention de la corruption lorsque j’agis auprès des fournisseurs et sous-traitants

Remote
(videoconference interactive)

For this training, the remote format is just as effective as the in-person format.
This remote format is made interactive through the use of polls, mini-quizzes, videos and group work in virtual breakout rooms to encourage teamwork and the sharing of experiences and best practices.
TEACHING APPROACH
A blend of theory, practical demonstrations and hands-on exercises through individual and group exercises. Exercises, videos, case studies and practical scenarios enrich this training.
