

A Neoma graduate (2004), specializing in Economics/Finance, Ambre also obtained the Anti-Corruption Compliance, Vigilance & Personal Data Protection Certificate from Paris Dauphine-PSL University.
After an initial experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Ambre joined Microsoft Group where she successively held the positions of Statutory Manager then Compliance Officer. In 2016, Ambre co-founded Alfred Compliance, a compliance advisory and outsourcing firm. In 2021, Alfred Compliance and Proetic merged their compliance activities and Ambre took over as Partner heading Proetic’s Audit and Controls practice.
Since 2019, Ambre has served as a compliance expert for the French Anti-Corruption Agency during audits carried out under Judicial Conventions of Public Interest (CJIP).
As Director of the Anti-Corruption Audit and Accounting Controls practice, Ambre ensures the design of pragmatic audit plans, tailored to each organization’s specific context, enabling progressive maturity improvements while reducing identified risks.
Ambre serves as a trainer for both the French Association of Corporate Lawyers (AFJE) and Paris Dauphine University. She has also contributed to LamyLine Compliance and publishes regularly.
