LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The program enables participants to:

  • Savoir identifier les situations de corruption et d’atteinte à la probité​
  • Know the definitions and penalties related to corruption and other integrity breaches​
  • Connaître le cadre juridique réglementant la prévention des risques de corruption (loi Sapin 2) et comprendre les modalités de mise en place​
  • Comprendre mon rôle dans la prévention de la corruption lorsque j’agis auprès des clients et intermédiaires commerciaux.​

We offer this remote format, made interactive through the use of polls, mini-quizzes, videos and group work in virtual breakout rooms to encourage teamwork and the sharing of experiences and best practices.
