Sandra Laham appointed Proetic Partner
Sandra Laham has been appointed partner at Proetic, heading the internal investigations and personal data protection.
This new partnership is part of the firm’s strategy to strengthen its practice in this area, covering both human capital issues and those related to probity violations, in a context of sharply increasing internal whistleblowing reports.
Having joined PROETIC in February 2023 as Advisory Director, Sandra Laham has made a decisive contribution to the development of the firm’s internal investigations and personal data protection practice.
This partnership naturally recognizes the quality of her commitment and expertise in serving our clients.
Sandra’s scope of work covers governance and the operational implementation of whistleblowing systems, training in conducting internal investigations, outsourced internal investigations in human capital or probity violation matters, as well as sensitive investigations due to their context (Excom member under scrutiny, presence of employee representative bodies, allegations of retaliation against the whistleblower).
Her 20 years of corporate experience give her an in-depth understanding of how organizations operate, which she combines with her expertise in personal data protection as a former DPO.
