Sandra Laham
Advisory Director
After practicing as a lawyer for several years, Sandra Laham joined the Sucres et Denrées Group as Legal Director & Risk Manager. Also in charge of compliance and alongside the entry into force of the Sapin II law, she obtained in 2017 the University Diploma “Compliance Officer” from Paris 2 Assas University, becoming Ethics, Compliance and DPO Director of the Carrefour Group.
As Ethics Referent for the Carrefour Group, she was in charge of collecting and processing ethics alerts. In this role, she set up and led a dedicated internal investigations unit and obtained her certification “Certified Fraud Examiner” in 2021. As DPO, she was involved in the development of high-stakes digital projects in terms of personal data protection while structuring and overseeing the deployment of a compliance plan.
In early 2023, Sandra joined Proetic as Director Advisory. Specifically in charge of governance matters for the collection and processing of ethics alerts, she conducts internal investigations in the context of interpersonal relations or integrity violations, for public and private clients of all sizes and sectors. In November 2024, she obtained the certification “IQTS – Investigator Qualification Training Scheme (Tier 2)”, from CHS Alliance and Humentum under the auspices of the US Agency for Sustainable Development, to conduct SEAH (Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment) investigations in the humanitarian and development sector.
Sandra also serves as an outsourced DPO for personal data protection.
Her other areas of expertise include structuring third-party assessment programs, conducting anti-corruption risk assessments, and compliance diagnostics and audits.
