

An expert in compliance, business ethics and societal issues, Sophie Musso founded PROETIC in 2019 to support businesses in their sustainability strategy.
Drawing on her background as anti-corruption and anti-fraud compliance director of a major international group and environmental law attorney for 15 years, Sophie has developed unique expertise in implementing effective compliance frameworks, tailored to regulatory requirements and international best practices.
With a comprehensive vision of ethical and CSR issues, she embodies a proactive and pragmatic approach to compliance, aiming to strengthen transparency and generate lasting added value within the organizations she supports, across all business sectors, on developing an ethics culture, implementing Sapin II anti-corruption programs, designing and adapting sustainability strategies, selecting ESG indicators and raising awareness among key functions and top management.
Sophie maintains an ongoing dialogue with all players in the compliance field, which gives her a broad view of best practices implemented to meet regulatory compliance obligations as well as civil society’s expectations for transparency and ethics.
